What You’ll Do:
Lead Generation & Outreach
Drive new business by actively generating leads and creating a robust pipeline through targeted outreach strategies.
Educate potential clients on the unique value and impact of our EOR solutions, building solid initial connections that last.

Client Engagement & Relationship Building
Forge and nurture strong client relationships to understand their business needs, enabling you to deliver tailored EOR solutions.
Conduct consultations and lead presentations, showcasing how our EOR services align with their goals and enhance their operations.

Sales & Revenue Generation
Propel revenue growth by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets through strategic account management and effective conversion.
Negotiate and close agreements that optimize client satisfaction and profitability.

Industry & Product Knowledge
Stay ahead of industry trends and developments in global employment laws, HR compliance, and payroll solutions.
Partner with the product team to communicate client needs and insights, playing a key role in product enhancement.

Team Collaboration & Reporting
Work cross-functionally with Operations, Compliance, and Client Success teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and long-term satisfaction for clients.
Maintain accurate records of your sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions in our CRM.

What You Bring:
7+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within employment of record (EOR), staffing, it services, payroll services, or related industries.
Proven success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Strong understanding of EOR, Staffing, HR compliance, payroll, and international workforce management.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A consultative approach to sales with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of North America and Eastern Europe markets is a major plus
Willingness to travel as needed.
