IT Product Specialist - Vice President

As an IT Product Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our Fircosoft Sanctions screening systems. Your expertise will ensure that we meet the highest standards of risk management, legal compliance, and regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Mastery: Leverage your deep understanding of Fircosoft applications (Firco Continuity and Firco Trust) to design, develop, and implement solutions that streamline our operations and enhance efficiency.
• Problem-Solving: Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues with precision, ensuring minimal disruption to our critical systems.
• Customer-Centric: Build strong relationships with business users, support teams, and vendors to deliver timely and effective solutions that exceed their expectations.
• Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends and exploring new technologies to optimize our sanctions screening processes.
• Collaboration: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to drive projects and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Fircosoft Sanctions Screening systems (Firco Continuity and Firco Trust)
• Strong understanding of sanctions screening, AML transaction monitoring, and compliance regulations
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Solid experience with development, system design, and integration
• Proficiency in UNIX and Windows shell scripting, SQL scripting, and scheduling tools
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a diverse audience
