• Defining work strategies, aligning these with resources and desired client outcomes, and oversight of planning and execution of the work
• Ensuring technology solutions are managed to support business strategies, often working with senior management
• Directing the integration of technical aspects of all related projects/programs.
• Monitoring financials to ensure budget compliance


Responsibilities

Computer Migration Summary:
Responsible for leading and managing medium to large computer migration projects, typically less than 5000 people
Works closely with the Integration Lead, Customer Support (ITSS), ServiceNow (ITSM), Application Readiness, to ensure the project meets milestones, deliverables, and deadlines for a smooth and successful project
Utilizes Project Management best practices, procedures, and standard methodologies to ensure all assigned projects deliver quality and cost-effective anticipated results
Ensures all needed legacy applications and peripherals work on the replacement computers
Continuously solicits feedback from Senior/Lead Integration Delivery Coordinators, supervisor, and project team members


Must have
  • Project coordination/management experience in an IT setting.
  • Hands-on experience in Computer/Hardware and/or Email Migrations (i.e.: M365 migration projects, medium to large computer migration/rollout/integration projects, IT Service Management (ITSM) etc.).
  • Experience and working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, OneNote, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, and Project Management tracking software.
