Python Lead Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead with Vision: Guide a talented team of developers, providing technical leadership and mentorship.
• Build the Future: Design, develop, and test scalable, high-performance Python applications using frameworks like Flask and tools like NumPy and Pandas.
• Leverage AI Power: Harness the potential of machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) to create intelligent and efficient solutions.
• Collaborate for Success: Work closely with product owners, scrum masters, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Stay Ahead: Continuously explore and adopt emerging AI technologies like Google Cloud AI tools Gemini and Gecko.
• Ensure Security: Protect our applications by implementing robust security measures and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: 10+ years of hands-on Python development experience.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Python frameworks, machine learning concepts, and NLP techniques.
• Cloud Mastery: Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, especially Vertex AI and Document AI.
• Agile Mindset: Experience working in agile environments and using CI/CD tools.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and inspire a team while fostering a collaborative culture.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with RAG models and vector stores.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, MongoDB, and serverless architecture.
