Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own full SQL acquisition funnel from day one
- Execute zero-to-one channel experiments (partnerships, sponsorships, campaigns, referrals, events, etc.)
- Build systems for lead generation and scale independently (no SDR support)
- Collaborate directly with founders and sales to prioritize growth drivers
- Ruthlessly focus on revenue outcomes and cut non-performant efforts
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in B2B growth marketing
- Proven success driving SQLs at early-stage startups
- Experience in sales-led (vs. product-led) organizations
- Track record of building and scaling marketing engines
- Comfort working without detailed guidance and solving problems independently
- Familiarity with staffing/talent/recruiting is preferred
- Experience launching zero-to-one growth programs
- Multi-channel experience across paid, ABM, referral, and organic
- Bachelor Degree Required
- Prior content marketing experience is not a fit
- Working at large corporate environments is less relevant
